Oakland Connect is a partnership between the City of Oakland, #OaklandUndivided, Oakland Unified School District, and EducationSuperHighway to close the digital divide for at least 90% of Oakland’s 37,000 disconnected households by 2026. Enrollment in the ACP is one way we can close the digital divide for Oakland residents; it provides eligible Oaklanders the opportunity to save money on their internet bills or get internet at home for free.
