IN PARTNERSHIP WITH

New York City Council Member Julie Menin, the Stanley Isaacs Center, and EducationSuperHighway are partnering to provide free broadband to the residents of NYCHA’s Holmes Towers and Stanley Isaacs Houses. We are working together to contact residents and help them enroll in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). Every NYCHA resident qualifies for the program, but few know about the critical benefit it can provide.
